Cancellation Policy

At FEARSNONE LOS ANGELES, certain products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or "try before you buy" purchases. Below, we outline how you can manage or cancel these types of orders.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each subsequent delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription at any time. Simply follow the links in your order confirmation email to manage or cancel your subscription.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase items that are out-of-stock or soon to be available. We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, store your payment details, and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. However, once the order is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy
For "try before you buy" purchases, we will authorize your payment method before shipping the item. You will have a designated period to decide if you wish to keep the item. If you do not return the item within that time frame, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.
