Disclaimer: FEARSNONE LOS ANGELES LLC is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by your country. We are also not liable for shipping delays caused by domestic and international holidays, adverse weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or delays related to the third-party shipping carriers.


Pre-Orders: Please allow 5-7 business days for production and quality control before your pre-order is shipped.


Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Free Shipping: For orders qualifying for free shipping, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.


Express Shipping: Express shipping orders are prioritized and will be delivered within 7-14 business days after processing. Should we be unable to meet the express shipping time due to delays, we will automatically refund the cost of shipping.


Carrier Responsibility: Once we have handed your package to a third-party carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS), we are no longer responsible for the delivery. If any delivery issues arise, such as lost or misplaced packages, please contact the carrier directly. All claims regarding lost packages should be handled with the carrier.


Payment Processing: After placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing (excluding weekends and national holidays). Orders are subject to processing time before shipment, and this does not include the time required for delivery.


Shipping Accuracy: To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your address is accurate and includes all necessary details, such as street numbers, abbreviations, apartment or building numbers. FEARSNONE LOS ANGELES LLC is not responsible for delayed or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returned Packages: If a package is returned to FEARSNONE LOS ANGELES LLC due to refusal or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering reshipping fees.
